How Much Does It Cost to have my Patio cleaned?
The Basic Costs
Estimating the cost of having your patio cleaned is usually done on a square metre basis. Straight forward jobs start at £3/sqm with some scope for the cost per square meter to be reduced for larger areas.
Due to the inherent costs associated with undertaking any job we have a minimum charge of £90. However to ensure we are able to offer good value for money we are happy to include multiple small areas at your property or with a neighbours property.

Additional Costs
After cleaning block paved surfaces should be re-sanded with kiln dried sand to ensure the blocks remain well set and secure. This would be calculated starting at an additional cost of £1/sqm for block paved surfaces.
Where particular surfaces are heavily soiled, suffering with heavy stains or lichen infestation a chemical treatment may need to be applied as part of a deeper cleaning process. Again this can be calculated at an additional £1/sqm.

** Please note that all jobs are slightly different in nature. Factors such as poor drainage, low water pressure or the need for additional clearance requirements to uncover surfaces may affect our pricing. To provide you with a firm price we need to assess the job requirements ourselves.
