Calculating the cost of having your driveway / patio / path / decking cleaned is usually done on a square metre basis. Normal jobs are calculated at the rate of £3/sqm with some scope for the cost per square meter to be reduced for larger areas.
Additional costs of £1/sqm may be applied for chemical treatments where surfaces are heavily soiled or where needed to clear heavy lichen infestations.
Block paved surfaces should be re-sanded after cleaning, this can also be included in any quote provided and would again be costed at an additional £1/sqm.
Due to the inherent cost and time associated with undertaking and job we have a minimum charge of £90. However to ensure we are able to offer good value wherever possible we are happy to include multiple small areas at your property or with a neighbours property if needed.

Each job is different so the time it takes to complete a job does vary also. Generally we are able to complete jobs within a single day but larger jobs may require us to complete them over multiple days. As a guide we would expect a reasonable double driveway to 3-4 hours.
The only thing we need access to at your property is an outside tap. If you don't have an outdoor tap we can use a kitchen tap providing we are able to get a secure connection. Wherever possible we try to avoid using indoor taps.
As long as we are able to gain access to an outside tap we do not require you to be present whilst we undertake any cleaning at your property. Ideally it is good if you can be present when we arrive and get setup and again once we have completed the work, but it isn't essential.
Yorkshire Water currently charge 160.81p (£1.61) per a cubic meter of water, this equates to 1000 litres. It would take us approximately 2hrs of constant water usage through our machines to use this amount of water. Over the course of an 8 hour day this would be £6.44 of water.
Ideally it is preferable for us if you are able to the move the items so we have a clear surface to work with. We understand that this may not always be possible and we are happy to work around and move items ourselves where necessary or to give you hand moving larger items if we can.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by most debit and credit cards. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
